I don't want to generalize, I really don't... but in a town like San Fransisco you would never think there could be difficulty finding a great flower shop or florist. I mean there are, like, so many gay guys all over and everything, one might assume that flowers are practically spilling into the streets. I guess the problem might become more prevalent when you do a search for "San Francisco flowers" and a ton of florists come up - with even more ads in the sidebar and the top of the page than normal. The problem is flowers are big business - and very profitable, thus very competitive when it comes to searches.
I am like many in the SF area - computer literate, smart, nature friendly (again - not to generalize) and the flowers I am looking for should reflect that in a way. They should also be able to look the way I want them to and while some might think "I am going to run out to every store to find the right ones", I would rather save time, gas, and money looking for the right ones from home.
So, seeing as I am having a hard time finding some lovely flowers from local San Fran florists I was hoping that perhaps someone out there could help. Any suggestions? Ideas? I don't have a firm price constraint (because you can't in SF), and I am looking for QUALITY over value. These are for Valentine's Day so I don't have a lot of time...
